We aim to empower students and allies within the UC Davis community through a weekend retreat focused on exploring identity, reflecting on campus climate, discussing shared vision, and developing student leaders.

Through identity exploration and a critical look at the intersectional realities of the world we live in, we wish to build and strengthen relationships so that we may create lasting and positive change.
