Title: “Pahlavi Texts, Artifacts and Persian Culture in Late Antique Iran"

Touraj Daryaee is the Howard Baskerville Professor in the History of Iran and the Persianate World and Associate Director, Dr. Samuel M. Jordan Center for Persian Studies and Culture University of California, Irvine.

The lecture is titled Pahlavi Texts, Artifacts and Persian Culture in Late Antique Iran. There will be a reception at 6 pm, followed by the lecture at 7 pm on November 9th.

The series launches the development of Iranian Studies within the Middle East/South Asia Studies Program.
