Deepak Baruah is Founder and President of the Model United Nations School. He is a member of the District Consumer Protection and Redressal Commission (rank of Deputy Secretary to the Government of Assam, India) and Resource Expert for the United Nations Resource Centre - Northeast Region (India). He is the recipient of the Global Peace Leadership Award 2019 from the World Constitution and Parliament Association, Virginia, for outstanding contributions to global peace.
