Join us at the SSH Andrews Conference Room on April 8 from 4:30PM - 6:30PM for a discussion on how the Arab and Armenian diaspora have dealt with notions related to race, masculinity, and whiteness in the United States.

This discussion will be led by Dr. Bedros Torosian, a University of California Chancellor's Postdoctoral Fellow at UC Davis. His research investigates the intersectionality of race, gender, nationalism, and migration in early-twentieth-century Ottoman diasporic communities in the United States.
