Arshinder Pal Kaur teaches the Punjabi language and literature classes at the University of California, Davis. She is also a volunteer teacher and coordinator at a community-run language institution, Guru Nanak Khalsa School in San Jose, CA. Her other teaching interests are in Gurbani and Punjabi folklore. She has taught in her native Punjab, Singapore, and other universities in the United States. She earned her Master of Arts and Master of Philosophy degree from Punjabi University Patiala.
