Description
TERENCE WARD is a writer and documentary producer who grew up in Iran during the 1960’s. His book, Searching for Hassan: A Journey to the Heart of Iran is a vivid account his family’s odyssey back to Iran after 30 years. It became a cult classic in America, a best seller in Iran and is being developed as the first American/Iranian co-production for a feature film to be shot in Iran since the Revolution. The miraculous encounter lives on today in many forms. In Isfahan, Hassan has been publicly celebrated for “infusing in this American family, a deep love for his culture.”
